VGEN Terms Of ServiceGENERAL
-After reading my TOS and commissioning me. Between the client and I, it is agreed that the following terms below is applied to both of us. Both parties are to be respectful and understanding during the process in our best professional setting. I am not responsible to for client's misconceptions.
-I have the right to decline work that I do not find comfortable or to relief work-load for myself. Nor am I responsible to give an explanation to the decline.
-Please reach out to me beforehand if your reference included NSFW/borderline NSFW details.
-I cannot copy another person's style, please reconsider before sending in the request.
-All transaction in my service provides only with digital files and not physical goods.PAYMENTS
-The service transaction is paid upfront. Work will not start until paid.
-If there's complication with the transaction, I will reach out to the client/commissioner about the situation. If there is no response after 7 days. The order will be cancelled.REVISIONS
- Please consider that my messages will take time to respond.
- Phases of work; Sketch / Rough Draft > Finalize Approval > Flat Color & Rendering
- Upon accepting the service, if the order requires more questioning and communication. I will do my best to continuously contact during my creative process. After the draft/confirmation phase is finalized and the rendering starts; any further details or adjustment needs to be addressed. A additional fee will apply within this phase.
-Skeb-like or Surprise Me service; there will be no thorough sharing of the phases unless needed towards the end for missing details.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Please inform if there's a specific date. An additional fee will apply for short-term notices.
-Please, do not message me continuously in a very shorten amount of time asking for progression preview.
-Commission will be delivered via Vgen or Discord upon your request.USAGE
- Digital commercial usage is already applied in most of my works whether for streaming or for social media.
- Any edits or alterations must be discussed with me beforehand.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I have the right to hold original ownership and copyright of my works. Meaning I can present my work on my social media and online portfolio.
- I can showcase the creation process on my Twitch or share screenshot of the work. If the client request for the art to be confidential. Please know that the request form also has a NDA restrictions with a fee that can be applied.
- Client cannot obtained ownership of my work.
- I do ask for my clients to credit me appropriately if work is published on their social medias.The following credits can apply:

- If the order hasn't been worked on; the order will be completely refunded.
- If the order has progression of work and Client's/Commissioner's request for a refund. Please communicate with me first.
A refund will not be processed once the commission has been started. Especially if it passed beyond the steps of approval of draft and finalized for rendering.
